Here are some of our best buffet menus for you to choose from. If you want something simpler, just let Emma know what you need – she can make sandwich platters, cakes, fruit platters and anything else from our buffet menus as separate platters if you want.
We try to make our Buffet Menus suit everyone’s preferences, but if you have something specific in mind, just tell us and we’ll customise a buffet menu for you.

We have a range of buffets to suit any occasion and budget, from sandwiches and wraps to cakes and pastries. All our buffets are freshly prepared and delivered in our refrigerated vans within a 1 hour time slot. We have a minimum order value for delivery, which varies depending on the distance and day/time of your event.

25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Premier Bites started out in 1999 as a sandwich shop on Poole’s High Street, serving tasty snacks to local businesses and offices. Soon, we added outside catering to our shop’s offerings.
Now, we are one of Poole’s biggest family-owned caterers for business and private events. We have grown our catering services over the years and we love what we do.

NO PROBLEM, YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF OPTIONS

These buffets are available for delivery to the majority of Dorset and West Hampshire – Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown, Wimborne, Dorchester, Blandford, Wareham etc.

Whilst the majority of bookings can be delivered, we do need a minimum order to offer this service – once we have your enquiry we can confirm this value as it varies depending on the distance and day/time.
IN TIME FOR LUNCH, AFTERNOON TEA OR EVENING BUFFET
We deliver our Function Menus 7 days a week between 11am and 7pm, Ideally we like to set-up before your guests arrive and would normally deliver 1 hour beforehand.
If you need delivery outside of these times please contact us to discuss where and when.
THAT IS A VERY GOOD QUESTION…
All we initially require is a £60 deposit to secure your booking.
Final menu choices, number to cater for and payment is then due 14 days before your booking date.
Once we have all our platters and serving equipment back we will refund the £60 deposit.
