 Verified Morning coffee
Whilst in Poole we called into this cafe for morning coffee around 1130. There was no one else in the cafe so we chose a table by the window in the sunshine and this also enabled us to people watch on the High Street. The lady behind the counter was friendly and took our order. Coffees were reasonably priced and a good size. We didn’t stay for food, The menu for food is limited to jacket potatoes and sandwiches, as well as cake. There is one toilet at the back of the cafe and this was clean and tidy. Nice cafe and would definitely return.

My wife and I with our grown up daughter spent a day in Poole. We are a pair of twirlys so we amble instead of walking. We had never been to Poole and were very please to find how flat the place is. After arriving we followed the signs for the quay. It proved to be a long long walk through a shopping area. all small shops , no high strret large stores, which made for a long time browsing. after about 1 and a half hours we felt like a cuppa. and we chose JUST BEAN GROUND more because thats where we happened to be. What a good choice. the teas and latte that we ordered were served with love and friendly chat. The ladies working there were all bubbly personalities and made out stay memorable

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our Diamond Wedding anniversary with family and friends but catering for such a special event was a worry. Premier Bites Poole removed that worry and provided well-presented top quality food on time and totally in accordance with our order.
The firm warrants repeat business from us  and we will not hesitate to contact Emma again because it will not be any waste of time.

Ideal place to have a quick snack and drink when visiting poole in this very nice and very clean cafe (5 stars). Service warm and friendly, Toasted tea cakes and toasted sandwiches are a must. Whole grain brown bread was so nice with chicken and salad. On one occasion tea was slightly cold but was replaced with no hassle or quibble, oh yeah chocolate milkshake was brilliant.

Most importantly, the buffet was delicious. We had the “Bulky Basic” option and everything was fresh and tasty, with an impressive range of items. They were very easy to communicate with, very helpful with our requests and answering our questions, and they were very kind and thoughtful in working around our needs, delivering on time to our party near Ferndown and setting up the platters to make the buffet look very appetising. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and we will definitely use Premier Bites again for future parties - and will be returning to their shop in Poole too!

While on holiday we decided to have a look at Poole. My husband and I have been here before, but this year our daughter and her husband were with us. When we arrived we all said its "coffee time" we found this lovely coffee shop. The owner was very polite and pleasant. We ordered and took a seat outside. It was lovely just sitting relaxing. The coffees were lovely. Would we go back again..... YES.

She responded to all my emails quickly and professionally but she was also really friendly. Everything was sorted so quickly and stress free. We had the Bulky Basics food choice for 120 people including separate plates for Vegan and Gluten Free which came clearly labelled with a wonderful choice of food. In terms of the service, the food was delivered and the empty platters collected as promised. The food itself was all well received by our guests, including the food prepared for our guests with special dietary requirements. Spending a few hours in Poole we wanted somewhere to get a quick bite to eat and came across Just Bean Ground by chance . What a Gem! Speedy service , nice coffee And Toasties . They even had their own version of subsidised eating out for part of the week . The staff were very welcoming and very efficient and very safety conscious . Would recommend for lunch anytime .

I have dropped in here a couple of times now. Very friendly welcome. The coffee is is excellent and I love that you get a decent sized cup for a very reasonable cost. The bacon sandwich was delicious- good quantity/ quality of bacon and soft bread, we will be back with the kids to test the smoothies.

Found this by chance, a good choice of sandwich, pannini and wrap fillings. 3 of us had toasties, which were made with "proper" bread. They were scrummy. I had homemade coleslaw on the side. A friend had scone, jam and cream, which was very nice. There was also a good selection of cake. Very reasonably priced. Good covid measures. Nice friendly prompt service.

From our initial discussions about the booking to them coming to clear away after the do was finished, premier bites were helpful, friendly and interested in us and our wishes. We recently visited Poole for a day out. We stopped for a quick bite to eat before heading home. We both ordered a toasted sandwich. I had mine on brown bread and my husband white bread. We both was impressed with the quality of the bread, it was delicious. Both sandwiches had a good amount of filling. I had coleslaw as a side option and my husband had crisps, we both shared and had half and half. We found the food good quality and very reasonably priced. The service was good. Toilets nice and clean. We probably would have a nice fresh piece cake to take home... But didn't seem to be any. I didn't ask and it was late in the afternoon. (so could have been some available). We would recommend and would visit again. :)

Being grockles on holiday we are always wary of cafes on the main throughfare however in this instance it was unfounded. A gem of a cafe with great food at reasonable prices and friendly fast service. Clean and tidy including the toilets. Highly recommended and that's rare for me to do.

Whilst on holiday in Bournemouth we caught a bus to Poole and came upon this fantastic little coffee shop. My husband and I originally were only going to stop for a drink, but on looking at the menu decided to try the toasted sandwiches. We had two different ones and said we would like to share. The bread made the best tasting toasted sandwiches I have had and the service and staff were excellent. We enjoyed it so much we made a trip from Christchurch to Poole a day later just to have the same lunch again. Not disappointed. Roll on our next holiday to Bournemouth.

I certainly wasn't disappointed! Emma and David offered a wide range of different buffet foods so we were able to keep both our veggie and meat loving guests happy. Premier Bites was the most amazing find. From first contacting them Emma just answered all our needs, was so kind, helpful and understanding it was a huge weight off my mind.We had a few dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble. On the day the food was delivered at just the right time and everything was provided right down to little food cards. Because of our travel needs Emma arranged to collect all the dishes etc the same day and again nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. With less than 3 weeks until the event, we knew it was nearly impossible to find a cold food buffet caterer. Emma came to the rescue as although they have already been booked on that same evening, she still made it work by dropping off and setting up the buffet before they head to their next event. Everything went smoothly and the prices are very competitive too!

We discovered this business during the lockdown when we were looking for a local sandwich delivery place for lunch and when restrictions lifted we knew there was only one place to go for lunch.
