I was in for a lunchtime snack with my Mum and Dad, we ordered and were served within a good time. The food was prepared fresh for us and the portions were not too big and not too slow. One of the orders was a special request and again this was no problem either. I'd be happy to recommend for a sandwich, wrap, etc

I’d forgotten some plastic spoons and they even nipped back to the office and got me some.

 Verified a lovely place amoung so many
My wife and I with our grown up daughter spent a day in Poole. We are a pair of twirlys so we amble instead of walking. We had never been to Poole and were very please to find how flat the place is. After arriving we followed the signs for the quay. It proved to be a long long walk through a shopping area. all small shops , no high strret large stores, which made for a long time browsing. after about 1 and a half hours we felt like a cuppa. and we chose JUST BEAN GROUND more because thats where we happened to be. What a good choice. the teas and latte that we ordered were served with love and friendly chat. The ladies working there were all bubbly personalities and made out stay memorable

Ideal place to have a quick snack and drink when visiting poole in this very nice and very clean cafe (5 stars). Service warm and friendly, Toasted tea cakes and toasted sandwiches are a must. Whole grain brown bread was so nice with chicken and salad. On one occasion tea was slightly cold but was replaced with no hassle or quibble, oh yeah chocolate milkshake was brilliant.

We recently visited Poole for a day out. We stopped for a quick bite to eat before heading home. We both ordered a toasted sandwich. I had mine on brown bread and my husband white bread. We both was impressed with the quality of the bread, it was delicious. Both sandwiches had a good amount of filling. I had coleslaw as a side option and my husband had crisps, we both shared and had half and half. We found the food good quality and very reasonably priced. The service was good. Toilets nice and clean. We probably would have a nice fresh piece cake to take home... But didn't seem to be any. I didn't ask and it was late in the afternoon. (so could have been some available). We would recommend and would visit again. :)

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our Diamond Wedding anniversary with family and friends but catering for such a special event was a worry. Premier Bites Poole removed that worry and provided well-presented top quality food on time and totally in accordance with our order.

Popped in for a coffee & a cake with friends while shopping in Poole high street. It's at the top end of the shopping street close to the marina & lifting bridge. Nice coffee & a good selection of cakes. A nice varied normal coffee shop menu. Whilst on holiday in Bournemouth we caught a bus to Poole and came upon this fantastic little coffee shop. My husband and I originally were only going to stop for a drink, but on looking at the menu decided to try the toasted sandwiches. We had two different ones and said we would like to share. The bread made the best tasting toasted sandwiches I have had and the service and staff were excellent. We enjoyed it so much we made a trip from Christchurch to Poole a day later just to have the same lunch again. Not disappointed. Roll on our next holiday to Bournemouth.

A day trip to Poole, and saw this place in the main shopping area, lovely little cafe serving really nice food at a sensible price, very friendly and welcoming, sadly I love in Cornwall, please open a place there and my wife and I would be regulars.

I certainly wasn't disappointed! Emma and David offered a wide range of different buffet foods so we were able to keep both our veggie and meat loving guests happy. The food was beautifully presented and very yummy, especially the fruit platters and puddings! Nothing was too much trouble.Premier Bites also came to our rescue at my place of work when our usual lunch caterer let us down. There was plenty of food and it was all to a very high quality. We and all our guests very much enjoyed the food the provided and I would not hesitate to order from them again or recommend them.
Their customer service has also been fantastic, they respond quickly to all enquiries, are helpful and always have a warm and friendly reception.

With less than 3 weeks until the event, we knew it was nearly impossible to find a cold food buffet caterer. Emma came to the rescue as although they have already been booked on that same evening, she still made it work by dropping off and setting up the buffet before they head to their next event. Everything went smoothly and the prices are very competitive too!

 Verified I was extremely impressed with Premier Bites, I've never used caterers before and didn't really know what to expect. Em was very friendly and helpful and always replied to my emails very quickly. The food was delicious, and Em and her team prepared a set of separate trays for my gluten free guests, who all mentioned how nice this was to have a nice selection of gluten free food, rather than the usual just being able to eat the crisps at the buffet!

While on holiday we decided to have a look at Poole. My husband and I have been here before, but this year our daughter and her husband were with us. When we arrived we all said its "coffee time" we found this lovely coffee shop. The owner was very polite and pleasant. We ordered and took a seat outside. It was lovely just sitting relaxing. We discovered this business during the lockdown when we were looking for a local sandwich delivery place for lunch and when restrictions lifted we knew there was only one place to go for lunch. Not only is the food to die for but the staff are so friendly. Everything is freshly made and if you do go don't forget to ask for one of Emma's amazing flapjacks you will not regret it.

First time we had tried this coffee shop. Excellent cappuccino, good pot of tea. Had delicious brown bread toasties which we shared, they put on two plates with salad and coleslaw on each, never had to ask them to split, just did it as part of the service. Very friendly and attentive staff, tables cleaned properly in the current climate, no worries.

We don't live in the area, so I found them online and made contact.  Right from the first email, they were so so super helpful.  Emma talked through available options, made suggestions of what variety would work best and were accommodating of allergies.

The food arrived on time, chilled, beautifully presented and all delicious.

For the quantity, quality and service - the price was exceptionally good value.

Would most definitely recommend.  Thank you for feeding us all so well!

The ordering process was easy and choice of lunch sandwich platters excellent. The clients for whom we ordered the lunch all said it was delicious and a great variety of choice.

Emma was amazing. She responded to all my emails quickly and professionally but she was also really friendly. 
They arrived and set up the food promptly for our evening do and came to say hello which was a really nice touch. 
The food was amazing! Everyone said it was delicious and piled their plates. The portions were also brilliant! Even though people had big portions there was still enough to go around. 
Thank you for saving my wedding day and making the booking as stress free as possible :)

We visited here on a sunny day so sat outside and enjoyed a scone and a milkshake each. Service was great, they were very quick to give the tables a clean before we sat down and they took our order quickly too. The gentleman taking the orders was very friendly as was the lady inside. I've walked past many times but this was our first visit and I imagine one of many more! Thanks again

Whilst in Poole we called into this cafe for morning coffee around 1130. There was no one else in the cafe so we chose a table by the window in the sunshine and this also enabled us to people watch on the High Street. The lady behind the counter was friendly and took our order. Coffees were reasonably priced and a good size. We didn’t stay for food, The menu for food is limited to jacket potatoes and sandwiches, as well as cake. There is one toilet at the back of the cafe and this was clean and tidy. Afternoon tea was prepared and delivered to my friends door. David even took the time to say “Happy Birthday Derek from Lin”. That personal touch didn’t go unnoticed.  
Nothing has been too much trouble with emails going back and forth. The Tea was presented well.  You won’t be disappointed if you use them.  Highly recommended x

The variety and quality of the food was awesome, great value for money.
The communication from the team around veggie and vegan options was great, and they delivered to us out at Morden Village Hall, and arranged for collection for the trays and cool bags at the end of the day. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
