Ideal place to have a quick snack and drink when visiting poole in this very nice and very clean cafe (5 stars). Service warm and friendly, Toasted tea cakes and toasted sandwiches are a must. Whole grain brown bread was so nice with chicken and salad. On one occasion tea was slightly cold but was replaced with no hassle or quibble, oh yeah chocolate milkshake was brilliant.

There was plenty of food and it was all to a very high quality. We and all our guests very much enjoyed the food the provided and I would not hesitate to order from them again or recommend them.
Their customer service has also been fantastic, they respond quickly to all enquiries, are helpful and always have a warm and friendly reception.

 Verified Best toasted sandwiches.
Whilst on holiday in Bournemouth we caught a bus to Poole and came upon this fantastic little coffee shop. My husband and I originally were only going to stop for a drink, but on looking at the menu decided to try the toasted sandwiches. We had two different ones and said we would like to share. The bread made the best tasting toasted sandwiches I have had and the service and staff were excellent. We enjoyed it so much we made a trip from Christchurch to Poole a day later just to have the same lunch again. Not disappointed. Roll on our next holiday to Bournemouth.

 Verified I can't thank Emma and David enough for all their help, patience and efficiency when organising the buffet for our Nan's funeral. We are so grateful for the caring, friendly but yet professional manner by which we were treated during this emotionally delicate time. 

Emma worked tirelessly to ensure that every question, no matter how insignificant or small, was answered comprehensively and that every minor detail we requested, was diligently carried out. We had total confidence that all our catering requirements were in the very capable hands of Emma, David and the Premier Bites team, ready for the funeral in hand.

The buffet spread itself looked fantastic, the presentation was beautiful. People whom attended the wake commented on the fabulous variety of food available and also mentioned the exceptional quality and taste of the food too.

One lady whom is a vegetarian said, 'this spread is the best buffet I've ever had. Veggies like me aren't usually catered for.'

I have to mention that the lemon drizzle cake was a particular favourite of mine and I will certainly be popping down to 'Just Bean Ground' (their coffee shop next to the Premier Bites shop) for a slice of cake when I'm next in Poole High Street.

Premier Bites totally exceeded all our expectations!! We will certainly be using them again for any future catering needs and we will undoubtably recommend them to all our friends and family!!

We visited here on a sunny day so sat outside and enjoyed a scone and a milkshake each. Service was great, they were very quick to give the tables a clean before we sat down and they took our order quickly too. The gentleman taking the orders was very friendly as was the lady inside. In terms of the service, the food was delivered and the empty platters collected as promised. The food itself was all well received by our guests, including the food prepared for our guests with special dietary requirements. ( Celiac; lactose intolerant) The event was a surprise birthday party for  my wife for approx 70 adults and 50 children. I will most certainly use Premier Bites again and would recommend them.

Whilst in Poole we called into this cafe for morning coffee around 1130. There was no one else in the cafe so we chose a table by the window in the sunshine and this also enabled us to people watch on the High Street. The lady behind the counter was friendly and took our order. Coffees were reasonably priced and a good size. We didn’t stay for food, The menu for food is limited to jacket potatoes and sandwiches, as well as cake. There is one toilet at the back of the cafe and this was clean and tidy. Most importantly, the buffet was delicious. We had the “Bulky Basic” option and everything was fresh and tasty, with an impressive range of items. They were very easy to communicate with, very helpful with our requests and answering our questions, and they were very kind and thoughtful in working around our needs, delivering on time to our party near Ferndown and setting up the platters to make the buffet look very appetising. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and we will definitely use Premier Bites again for future parties - and will be returning to their shop in Poole too!

A day trip to Poole, and saw this place in the main shopping area, lovely little cafe serving really nice food at a sensible price, very friendly and welcoming, sadly I love in Cornwall, please open a place there and my wife and I would be regulars.

 Verified Premier bites was recommended to us after our origional buffet people cancelled on us. Emma was amazing. She responded to all my emails quickly and professionally but she was also really friendly. They arrived and set up the food promptly for our evening do and came to say hello which was a really nice touch. The food was amazing! Everyone said it was delicious and piled their plates. The portions were also brilliant! Even though people had big portions there was still enough to go around. My wife and I with our grown up daughter spent a day in Poole. We are a pair of twirlys so we amble instead of walking. We had never been to Poole and were very please to find how flat the place is. After arriving we followed the signs for the quay. It proved to be a long long walk through a shopping area. all small shops , no high strret large stores, which made for a long time browsing. after about 1 and a half hours we felt like a cuppa. and we chose JUST BEAN GROUND more because thats where we happened to be. What a good choice. the teas and latte that we ordered were served with love and friendly chat. The ladies working there were all bubbly personalities and made out stay memorable

We used Premier Bites for our wedding reception and we were so impressed; no-one went hungry as they are very generous with their portions! First time we had tried this coffee shop. Excellent cappuccino, good pot of tea. Had delicious brown bread toasties which we shared, they put on two plates with salad and coleslaw on each, never had to ask them to split, just did it as part of the service. Very friendly and attentive staff, tables cleaned properly in the current climate, no worries.

I certainly wasn't disappointed! Emma and David offered a wide range of different buffet foods so we were able to keep both our veggie and meat loving guests happy. The food was beautifully presented and very yummy, especially the fruit platters and puddings! Nothing was too much trouble.Premier Bites also came to our rescue at my place of work when our usual lunch caterer let us down. I can't thank Emma and David enough for all their help, patience and efficiency when organising the buffet for our Nan's funeral. We are so grateful for the caring, friendly but yet professional manner by which we were treated during this emotionally delicate time. 

Emma worked tirelessly to ensure that every question, no matter how insignificant or small, was answered comprehensively and that every minor detail we requested, was diligently carried out. We had total confidence that all our catering requirements were in the very capable hands of Emma, David and the Premier Bites team, ready for the funeral in hand.

The buffet spread itself looked fantastic, the presentation was beautiful. People whom attended the wake commented on the fabulous variety of food available and also mentioned the exceptional quality and taste of the food too.

One lady whom is a vegetarian said, 'this spread is the best buffet I've ever had. Veggies like me aren't usually catered for.'

I have to mention that the lemon drizzle cake was a particular favourite of mine and I will certainly be popping down to 'Just Bean Ground' (their coffee shop next to the Premier Bites shop) for a slice of cake when I'm next in Poole High Street.

Premier Bites totally exceeded all our expectations!! We will certainly be using them again for any future catering needs and we will undoubtably recommend them to all our friends and family!!
