These menus can be booked for next day delivery Monday to Friday and we deliver to Bournemouth, Poole, Broadstone, Wimborne, Wareham, Ferndown and surrounding Dorset areas.

We have been providing catering services since 1999 and currently have approx 100 clients locally that use our services on a regular basis.

Whether you are looking for a small business lunch for your board meetings or training days or a buffet for an open day or corporate event I’m sure we can help.


QUALITY & DELIVERY ASSURANCE

All our buffets & sandwich platters are freshly prepared and delivered in one of our refrigerated vans within a 1 hour time slot.

Delivery is free, We have a minimum order value of £20 for deliveries within 3 miles of our shop, this value increases with distance.

We deliver daily to Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne, Broadstone, Ferndown, Wareham and other local Dorset areas.

23 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Premier Bites was founded in 1999, originally as a High Street Sandwich Shop in Poole serving local offices and business. We quite quickly added an outside catering service to compliment our shop.

We have continued to grow our catering services and have become one of Poole’s largest family run caterers for private and business events.

We try and make booking your business catering as pain free as possible and have developed a simple to use online order facility.

However, we do understand that everyone’s needs are different and try and be as accommodating as possible.

How do I place an order?

PLACING YOUR ORDER IS EASY!

All our business catering options have an online order facility and this is our preferred way of receiving orders, you will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order so you know exactly what has been booked.

If you need any help or advice when placing your order please call us on 01202 679622 or Email Us and we can either guide you through the order process or place your order for you.

I just need a quote

NO PROBLEM, YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF OPTIONS

Our online order facility has the option to request a quote instead of an order, this way you can have a look at the options available before you commit to a booking.

Where do you deliver?

WHERE DO YOU NEED US TO GO!

Our daily deliveries include Bournemouth, Poole, Broadstone, Wimborne, Wareham, Ferndown and surrounding Dorset areas.

If you need delivery to another area please contact us to discuss our minimum order requirements.

As a rough guide our minimum order for free delivery (ex-VAT) is £20 within 3 miles, £40 up to 6 miles, £75 up to 9 miles. (Business lunches, Mon-Fri).

If your order is below our minimum agreed value we will contact you to confirm delivery charges. 

If you need delivery any further than 9 miles we will need to confirm you minimum order value.

When do you deliver?

IN TIME FOR LUNCH!

We delivery our Business Lunches Mon-Fri between 11am and 1pm,

All our Business Lunch Buffets are delivered in one of our refrigerated vans within a 1 hour time slot that you choose when placing your order.

If you need delivery outside of these times please contact us to discuss where and when.

How do I pay?

THAT IS A VERY GOOD QUESTION…

We do not take payment when you place your order as booking details quite often get changed.

If you have booked with us before we will email you an invoice after you have received your buffet and you can then pay as previously agreed.

If this is your first booking we will contact you to discuss payment terms and can set-up a credit account or you can pay by credit or debit card online
