We try and make booking your business catering as pain free as possible and have developed a simple to use online order facility.
However, we do understand that everyone's needs are different and try and be as accommodating as possible. Please take a moment to read the other FAQ's below and this will hopefully answer your questions - if not, give us a call on 01202 679622 or e-mail email@example.com.
Placing your order is easy!
All our business catering options have an online order facility and this is our preferred way of receiving orders, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail as soon as you have placed your order so you know exactly what has been booked.

No problem, you have a couple of options
Our online order facility has the option to request a quote instead of an order, this way you can have a look at the options available before you commit to a booking.

Where do you need us to go!
Our daily deliveries include Bournemouth, Poole, Broadstone, Wimborne, Wareham and surrounding Dorset areas. If you need delivery to another area please contact us to discuss our minimum order requirements.
As a rough guide our minimum order for delivery (Business lunches, Mon-Fri) is £14 within 3 miles, £25 up to 6 miles, £50 up to 10 miles. If you need delivery any further than 10 miles we will need to confirm you minimum order value.
In time for lunch!
We delivery our Business Lunches Mon-Fri between 11am and 1pm, You have the option to choose a "delivery by" time when you place your order. This is not a delivery time, but helps us plan our routes to make sure we deliver before this time.
If you need delivery outside of these times please contact us to discuss where and when.
That is a very good question...
We do not take payment when you place your order as booking details quite often get changed
If you have booked with us before we will e-mail you an invoice after you have received your buffet and you can then pay as previously agreed. If this is your first booking we will contact you to discuss payment terms and can set-up a credit account or you can pay over the phone by credit or debit card
